We are located in historic downtown Elizabeth City, the financial and judicial hub of northeastern North Carolina. It is one of the few towns of its size to have a sitting U.S. District Judge, whose chambers are in the Federal Court House on Main Street. Our office is located at 101 West Main Street at the corner of Main Street and Road Street. It is a one-block walk to the Pasquotank County Court House and two-block walk to the Federal Court House. Our practice, however, is not limited to Pasquotank County, and we usually have cases pending in all of the surrounding counties including Martin County, Bertie County, Hertford County, Gates County, Chowan County, Perquimans County, Pasquotank County, Camden County, Currituck County, Dare County, Hyde County and Tyrrell County.
